Budget Loader can be used to retrieve historical information from your SAP system. You can then use this history as a starting point for building your new budget or reforecast. Simply configure a worksheet in your workbook to retrieve the proper history, configure a second worksheet to upload plans, and use formulas on the second worksheet to create your plan, using the history as a starting point. 

Configure a History Worksheet
Budget Loader will let you configure a worksheet to pull history for plan or actual data. This worksheet will work just like an SAP report. Simply input the ranges of data you want to return and Budget Loader will bring the proper data back to Excel. You can hide any information you do not wish to see.
